What is the procedure of starting a project?

What’s the difference between only 3D model and 3D model with render?
A 3D model is just the basic shape and structure of the design — it shows the form, dimensions and space, but it doesn't look real. A rendered 3D model includes lighting, textures, materials, colours, reflections and environment to make the design look realistic, almost like a real photo.
What is rendering?
Rendering is the final step of turning a 3D model into a realistic image. When designing, the model is not realistic at first — it only shows shapes and structure through rendering (lighting, materials, texture, environment, shadows, etc.

What is Just 3D or without render?
