No, the basic package includes consultation services only. Maintenance is included by weekly and monthly only in the Standard and Premium packages.
Do you provide monthly website maintenance?
Yes, this gig was created focusing on weekly and monthly website maintenance. You can get weekly and monthly maintenance services by choosing the Standard or Premium package respectively.
What if I need a live consultation?
I provide live consultations via Zoom powered by Fiverr Business on all three packages. The Basic and Standard include a 30-minute consultation, and the Premium pack includes 2 times 30 min consultation or 1 time 60 min consultation per month. You can get extra if need more time.
Can you maintain more than one website for me?
Yes, I can maintain more than 1 website. May provide discounts for maintaining multiple websites monthly.
What will be the deliverables?
Maintenance is a continuous thing. I will inform you about any maintenance tasks I do in the messages. Additionally, I will create a detailed report of all the maintenance done in a month and will share a detailed report after the end of the week or month as delivery for respective packages.
