What file formats can you process?
PDF (including multi-page), PNG, JPEG, TIFF, and scanned images. For best results, scanned documents should be at 200 DPI or higher. Handwritten documents can be processed but accuracy is lower — I'll flag these in the quality report.
How accurate is the extraction?
On clearly printed or digitally generated documents, accuracy is consistently 97-99% on required fields. Scanned or low-quality images may be 90-95%. Every delivery includes a confidence report so you know exactly which fields to spot-check — no blind trust required.
How do I send you my documents?
After placing your order, I'll provide a secure file upload link. All documents are handled with strict security — never stored on third-party cloud services, and deleted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
What if my documents have a non-standard layout?
The Standard and Premium packages handle layout variations well — the AI understands document structure, not just fixed field positions. If you have highly custom forms (internal company templates), the Premium template setup option configures the extractor specifically for your layout.
What output format should I choose?

Is my data secure? These are sensitive business documents.
Yes. Documents are processed using Anthropic's Claude API (enterprise-grade security). I do not store your documents after processing. No data is shared with third parties. If you have specific compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2), please message me before ordering.
