I am a certified 1100 hours yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Multi-Style Yoga (Nidra, Restorative, Yin, Adaptive, Trauma Informed)

My yoga education is from India.

I offer Zoom and Skype online live ; private one-to-one class.

This is a perfect opportunity for aspiring yoga students to learn more on the foundations of yoga and to ensure the next time you get in your pose you are doing it right.

Classes will begin with breathing exercise, head to toe warm up, sun salutations, flow of the day and followed by savasana or child's pose in the end.

Let me know how you would like the class to be tailored to best meet your health goals.

Mantra chanting and yoga philosophy can also be arranged if any students are interested to learn about it. Just ask!
