Please provide a 3D STEP file of your populated PCB assembly exported from your ECAD software (KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA, etc.). If a 3D model is unavailable, a clear 2D DXF or dimensional layout with component heights is required.
What is the difference between your 3D print and injection molding designs?
3D printing designs prioritize rapid prototyping with overhang optimizations. Injection molding designs include critical manufacturing rules, such as specific draft angles ($1^\circ$ to $2^\circ$), uniform wall thicknesses to prevent sink marks, and ejector pin placement.
Can you design waterproof or rugged enclosures?
