After you make an order, I would begin designing immediately. I would send you an initial design for your evaluation if you have any corrections or dislike the creative direction. I'd implement your correction and send you different variations to select from and then deliver.

If you are not satisfied at all with the design, based on the circumstances, most of the time we do offer refunds. Mutual-cancelation/refunds are only available before the order is rated/marked as complete by you. Refunds are not available once the process of revision starts on the design chosen.
