Does your book have good bones? Get a reader's perspective, and find out what type of editing package you should be considering for your MS.
Simple Beta Read: A full read of your MS, a completed 40-question report from your reader, recommended editorial steps, and follow-up questions are allowed within reason (no developmental or coaching/mentoring questions are allowed).
Complex Beta Read: Simple Beta Read, plus comments within the MS flagging where things were confusing, forced, unclear, or particularly good.
Editorial Analysis is an editorial review that reviews not just the story but also skill. Instead of a 40-page questionnaire, you'll have an editor's eyes reviewing your MS for all the things that make a book engaging, and you'll receive a detailed report mapping your story's characters, arcs, and plot. The editor will also review how well you execute your story through craft. The report will include examples and suggestions for improvement, as even the best writers can find places to improve. No comments within the MS.
Each level includes a sample line edit of 1000 words.
