No. I do not use AI at any point in my beta reading process. I personally read every manuscript and write all in-document comments and reader reports myself.
What format do I need to submit in?
An MS Word file is preferable.

How many Beta reader report will I get if I go for he double beta reading service?
You will get two different reports with different perspectives and suggestions.
