You'll get the requirements form while placing your order, please fill out that requirements form properly & clearly in order to provide us the information we need to get started.

We usually come up with the initial design(s) within 24 hours. After that, each revised design may take approx. 1 to 24 hours depending on the complexity, availability, and difference of timezone. However, we try our best to deliver revised designs as soon as we can.

If your package includes more than 1 initial concept, we will deliver the initial concepts and ask you to select the ONE that you like the best. We will only do revisions on the selected logo and you will only receive one final logo. So no matter which package you order, you will get ONE final logo.

It's unlikely to happen as we will design initial concepts based on the answers provided by you in the requirements form which includes information about your business, goals and target audience. However, if you don't like the initial concepts, you can give us one more chance or ask for the refund.

Source/Vector file helps in making future changes to the design. For example; Changing Colors, Layout, or Resizing the Logo without losing the quality. It is a must-have file if you plan to use your logo on printed materials. From Small Business Card to Huge Billboard, your logo will look perfect!

Standard (2nd) and Premium (3rd) package includes commercial copyrights for the logo.
