I will install and configure a production ready proxmox ve server
About this Gig
Proxmox done right from bare install to a production-ready virtualization host.
I install and configure Proxmox VE properly: post-install tuning, storage (ZFS/LVM), networking, VM templates, and backups so you get a stable hypervisor instead of a default install waiting to bite you. Built on a battle-tested automation pipeline and personally verified node-by-node.
What I set up:
- Clean Proxmox VE install + post-install tuning
- Storage: ZFS or LVM-thin, datasets, ISO management
- Networking: bridges, VLAN trunking, SDN where needed
- VM template factory for fast cloud-init cloning
- Automated backup jobs to Proxmox Backup Server (PBS)
- Tested restore backups proven, not assumed
You receive:
- A production-ready PVE node with clean, reproducible config
- A handover doc covering exactly what I built
- A hypervisor you can run yourself no mystery config
Works on bare metal or dedicated servers (Hetzner, OVH) homelab or production, same care.
Need a cluster, HA, PBS server, or fleet management? Those are higher-risk builds message me first for a paid-diagnosis custom offer, never a blind fixed price.

FAQ
Is this safe on a server with existing VMs?
A fresh node is zero-risk. Touching a live host with running VMs is higher-risk — I require a backup, snapshot, and a maintenance window first, scoped as a custom offer.
Can you build a cluster / HA setup?
Yes, but that's diagnosis-first custom work — message me before ordering.
Do you set up the VMs themselves too?
The template factory makes new VMs trivial; OS-level setup inside VMs is my Linux gig or a custom offer.
Why does Premium include a tested restore?
Because an untested backup isn't a backup. I prove a restore works before handover.
Homelab vs production?
I do both — same care, scope to your budget.
