FAQ
What do you need from me before we start?
Your brand name, a line or two on what you do and who you sell to, and any logo styles or colors you lean toward. That is enough to begin. If you are unsure, send us three marks you like and we will tell you what they have in common and where to take it.
What if I do not like any of the first concepts?
Then we go again. Revisions are unlimited, and when a direction is wrong we would rather rebuild it than nudge it. Tell us plainly what is not working, even if you cannot name why. Reading that and turning it into the right mark is the job you are paying for.
What is included in the Basic package?
One custom logo concept with unlimited revisions until you approve it, delivered as high resolution PNG and JPG. Best when you need a single clean mark quickly. If you will need editable source files or print ready vectors, start at Standard instead.
What is included in the Standard package?
Two separate logo concepts, not two variations of one idea. You pick the stronger route and refine it with unlimited revisions. On approval you receive the editable Source file (AI), the print Vector (EPS) and high resolution JPG and PNG.
What is included in the Premium package?
Three to four distinct concepts with unlimited revisions on any two, plus the full identity: Source and Vector files, JPG and PNG, Stationery Designs and Social Media Kit. Built for a business launching properly rather than one that just needs a mark.
How long will my logo take?
First concepts land within 2 days on Basic and Standard and 3 days on Premium. Most revisions come back inside 24 hours. A full redesign can take up to 48. If anything will run long we tell you when it happens, not after the deadline passes.
What are Source and Vector files, and do I need them?
The Source file (AI) is the editable master, so colors or wording can be changed later without rebuilding the logo. The Vector (EPS) prints sharp at any size, from a business card to a shopfront sign, and printers usually ask for it. If you plan to print, you need both.
What is included in the Stationery and Social Media Kit?
Stationery set includes your business card and letterhead built from the same system as the logo, with an envelope if you want one. The Social Media Kit is your mark resized and recomposed for the profile and cover slots of five platforms you choose, so nothing arrives cropped.
Do I own the logo once it is delivered?
Yes. Full rights pass to you on delivery and we keep no claim over the design. You are free to register it as a trademark in your country. That registration is a separate process run by your local trademark office, and we will supply whatever files they ask for.
Do you design mascot, 3D and illustrated logos?
Yes. These are quoted separately because drawing time swings widely between a simple character and a detailed one. Mascot pricing starts at $100. Send us the idea and we will give you a fixed quote before you place the order, so there are no surprises.
