FAQ
Do I need Microsoft Azure for this?
Yes. The pipeline runs in your own Azure subscription, so your data and your costs stay under your control. If you do not have an Azure environment yet, I can set that up first. Just message me and we will look at it together.
Which data sources can you connect?
Support tickets and CRM records, wiki and website content, PDF manuals and documents from your file storage, video and meeting transcripts, and databases. If your source is not on the list, ask me. Most systems with an API or an export can be connected.
Do you also build the chatbot itself?
This gig is the data layer underneath. I also build what runs on top: chat applications with sources and history, AI agents, and AI as an API for your existing systems. Message me and I will put together the right scope.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Everything runs in your own Azure subscription, and the code goes into your GitHub repository with the documentation next to it. Source code is included in every package, not as a paid extra.
How do you handle personal data and GDPR?
Personal details are detected and removed before any content enters the knowledge base, and a second automated pass checks the result. Everything is processed inside your own Azure environment, hosted in your region.
What does it cost to run each month?
A typical setup is around USD 140 a month, paid to Microsoft directly and not to me: AI Search about 100, storage 10, the scheduled pipeline runs 10, and model usage about 20. These are example figures, your actual cost depends on usage.
