Do I need Microsoft Azure for this?
Yes. Everything runs in your own Azure subscription, so your data and your costs stay under your control. If you do not have an Azure environment yet, setting that up is part of every package here.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if your team wants to build agents in Copilot Studio, Standard if your existing programs should call the AI, Premium if you want your own application. These are indications. Message me first and I will scope your case and send an individual offer.
Which data sources can you connect?
Support tickets and CRM records, wiki and website content, PDF manuals and documents from your file storage, video transcripts and databases. Every package includes one source; more are a custom offer.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Everything runs in your own Azure subscription, and the code goes into your GitHub repository with the documentation next to it. Source code is included in every package, not as a paid extra.
How do you handle personal data and GDPR?
Everything is processed inside your own Azure environment, hosted in your region. If personal data has to stay out of the knowledge base, I build a dedicated pipeline that detects and removes it, with a second automated pass checking the result.
What does it cost to run each month?
A typical setup is around USD 140 a month, paid to Microsoft directly and not to me: AI Search about 100, storage 10, pipeline runs 10, model usage about 20. Copilot Studio adds USD 200 on top. These are example figures; your cost depends on usage.
