While you're actively job searching, it's important to be prepared for a phone interview on a moment's notice. You never know when a recruiter or a networking contact might call and ask if you have a few minutes to talk. So, to be prepared you should practice. I will provide you with a mock interview, prepared with some of the hardest questions I have faced during my real interviews. I will provide feedback of what went right and what you need to improve on, along with what many recruiters are looking for in a candidate.
