What do I need to get started?
A WhatsApp number for your business, a Meta (Facebook) Business account and your business info: services, prices, FAQs and hours. I handle the setup, AI training and testing.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Your AI agent runs on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, not the normal WhatsApp app, so your number stays safe. If you don't have it yet, I'll guide you through Meta verification.
Will the bot know my business?
Yes. I train it on your own data (RAG): services, prices, hours, policies and website. It answers only from your information, and we test it on your real customer questions before launch.
Which AI model do you use?
OpenAI GPT by default. I can also use Claude or Gemini depending on your budget, languages and needs.
Can it capture leads and book appointments?
Yes. It collects customer details, qualifies leads and books appointments, then saves everything to Google Sheets or your CRM (Smart Text Agent and ReplyMate Pro).
