FAQ
Do you use your own theme?
No, I can use a free theme of your choice (or mine), but for premium themes you have to first purchase that before I can start working on it.
What do you need to get started?
In order for us to start working on your project, please first reach out to me to confirm details before placing any order. Once we agree, you can place an order. Kindly fill out the order requirements and I can then get started!
Will you upload my products?
Yes, up to the product count included in your package. I will need copy such as product titles, descriptions, pricing, inventory amounts and product photos from you. If you are migrating from another platform or an existing site, a well-prepared CSV will speed up the process.
Can you help write copy/content for the store?
I ask that you provide copy and content for the pages and sections on your store, as I am not a copywriter, and I'd like your input on what you want your brand and your business to put out to the world!
Do you provide logos and other graphics?
No - please provide any logos, product images and graphics you'd like me to use. If you want to use stock images, I can purchase and use these for an additional fee - drop me a message and we can work out the details :)
Can you connect my domain and set up essential settings?
Yes - all my packages include domain setup & key Shopify settings. If you have questions or are unsure about anything, please don't hesitate to drop me a message. Please note that you will have to purchase the domain of your choice before I can connect the domain to your Shopify store for you.
Do you work on existing Shopify stores?
Absolutely! Whether you need a quick fix, an app installed, or ongoing technical maintenance, I’ve got you covered. I have separate gigs that go into maintenance side of things. If you are unsure where to go, drop me a message and I'll advise you on best next steps!
I want to do dropshipping, can you help?
I can build your Shopify store with the assets you provide, and I can help you connect a dropshipping app of your choice, with the products you chose. However, I cannot pick products for you, and I do not make outlandish claims such as 'build a million dollar dropshipping store'.
Do you offer marketing and SEO support?
Please note that I am not an expert in marketing or SEO. While I can provide general advice on these, I do not build marketing campaigns or do SEO research. If you have SEO research that has already been done, or know what keywords and SEO titles you'd like to use, I can implement these for you.
