What file types do you work with?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV and Google Sheets. I return the cleaned file in the same format unless you ask for another.
How do you find and remove duplicates?
I match on the fields you choose, such as email, phone, or name plus company. Near-duplicates like "Jon Smith" and "John Smith" are flagged for you to approve before I remove anything.
Will you change my original file?
No. I work on a copy. You get the cleaned file plus a change log listing every fix, removal and flag.
Can you prepare my list for a CRM import?
Yes. Choose the CRM-Ready List package. I match your columns to the import fields of HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or your mailing tool and remove duplicates first.
My file has more rows than the package. What should I do?
Message me with your row count and I will send you a custom offer.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your file is used only for your order, never shared, and deleted after delivery if you ask.
Do you use AI or online tools on my data?
