What would you need from me to get started?
Just a short description of what you’d like the tool to do, a few sample files (anonymised is perfectly fine), and an example of the report you have in mind, if you happen to have one.
Will I need to install Python or anything else?
Not at all. With the Standard and Premium packages you’ll receive a ready-to-use Windows program - simply double-click it. The Basic package is a Python script with gentle, step-by-step instructions.
Is my data kept safe?
Absolutely. Your files are used only to build and test your tool, and I delete them once your order is complete. The program runs entirely on your own computer, so nothing is ever sent elsewhere.
What if my files change format in the future?
The tools are designed to cope with small changes, such as renamed columns or extra title rows. For anything larger, please just send me a message - small adjustments are usually quick to arrange.
Do you work with Mac or Google Sheets?
My tools are made for Windows and Excel/CSV files. If you have something else in mind, please message me before ordering and I’ll gladly let you know, honestly, whether I can help.
Is this a ready-made program?
No - every tool is made for your own files and the way you work. The pictures show an example built with sample data for a fictional tea shop, so you can see the style and the friendly messages.
