Which files can you work with?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files, including exports from online shops, accounting and CRM systems. If yours is something else, please ask.
Will you change my original files?
Never. I work on copies, and you receive new, clean files together with a list of the changes I made.
What happens to my data afterwards?
Your files are deleted once the order is complete. They are never shared or used for anything else.
Do I need to install anything?
Not at all - you receive ordinary Excel files that open as usual.
