FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
Excel, CSV, PDF, scanned documents, or exports from any accounting or ERP system. If you can send it, I can structure it.
Do I have to buy the monthly service after the setup?
No. The setup is complete on its own and includes a written guide so you can run it yourself. The monthly service is optional - most clients add it after they see the first report.
Will you need a video call?
No. I work entirely in writing, which means every decision is documented and you have a written record of what was agreed. If something needs a visual explanation, I send a short screen recording.
What if my data structure changes?
Tell me before you send the file and I adjust the system. Small structural changes are included in the monthly service.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Data is anonymized before processing and never shared. I can sign an NDA and invoice through my EU-registered company.
