Can you guarantee viral videos?
No. I build the planning and content workflow. Views depend on your niche, thumbnail, voice, and editing.
Will it auto-publish to YouTube?
No. The workflow stops at a Sheets queue. You or your editor pick from there. Auto-publish is out of scope.
Will it generate the voiceover and images?
The Premium tier includes image prompts and voiceover text. Generating the actual audio or images requires your ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or other API keys.
Will you build custom integrations for tools not natively supported by Zapier/Make/n8n?
Sometimes yes via HTTP/Webhook nodes against the tool's public API. Send me the tool and what should happen end-to-end; if it can be scoped cleanly I'll either include it or send a separate offer with the API work priced in.
Do you work with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot Pro, Microsoft Dynamics)?
For light operations adding records, updating fields, simple field maps yes, inside this gig. For full pipeline / stage / deal-automation setup, that's a separate scope; message me first.
Can you migrate my existing Zapier workflows to Make or self-hosted n8n to cut my monthly subscription?
Yes, this is one of my most-asked custom offers. Send me the count and complexity of your current Zaps and I'll send a fixed-price migration offer.
What happens if the platform (Zapier, Make, an API) changes and breaks my workflow later?
Inside the gig's revision window, I'll fix changes I caused. Platform-side breakage after delivery (an API deprecation, a Zapier app rewrite, a Make pricing change) is a separate scope but I offer a low-cost maintenance window for that exact case if you want it.
Does this workflow run on my own server?
Yes. n8n is self-hosted by you (your VPS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, etc.). I work in your n8n instance. I don't host the workflow for you.
What about copyright on images / music / voice?
I configure your prompts and asset pipeline. You're responsible for licensing the model outputs you publish (most modern AI image / voice tools are fine for personal use; check the provider's terms for commercial use).
Can it adapt to my niche / language?
Yes. The script prompt and style guide are tuned to your niche and tone of voice in the scope call. Non-English is fine if your model supports it.
