Irfan
About this gig
Need to fix messy formatting or redesign outdated PowerPoint slides?
I fix and redesign existing slides for business presentations, sales decks, proposals and pitch decks. Using your supplied content, I improve spacing, alignment, fonts, visual hierarchy and brand consistency. I can also redesign simple charts when you provide the data.
Choose a package based on your slide count. You will receive an editable PowerPoint file (.pptx) and a PDF copy, with the revisions listed in your package.
Please send your current slides, final wording, logo, brand colours and approved images. Tell me if any text, numbers or layouts must stay exactly as supplied.
Fixes cover visual layout and formatting. Technical repair of corrupted files, new copywriting, research, fact-checking, complex infographics, animation and slides beyond your package are excluded. Message me before ordering if your project has unusual requirements or a tight deadline.

What do you need to start?
Please send your current presentation or final content organised by slide, plus your logo, brand colours, approved images, and any design references.
Will I receive an editable file?
Yes. You will receive a PowerPoint (.pptx) file and a PDF copy. Please tell me before ordering if your team requires a particular PowerPoint template or font.
Do you write the presentation content?
No. This gig covers slide design. Please provide the final wording and data you want used. Research, copywriting, and fact-checking are not included.
Can you keep my wording and figures exactly as provided?
Yes. Tell me which text, numbers, and charts must remain unchanged. I will redesign their presentation without intentionally changing their meaning.
What counts as one slide?
Every slide counts, including title, section divider, and closing slides. Choose the package that covers the total number you need redesigned.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one consolidated list of changes to the agreed slides and design direction. New slides, substantially new content, or a different concept require an extra or custom offer.
Can you redesign charts and graphs?
Yes, I can redesign straightforward charts using the data you provide. Please contact me before ordering if the charts are complex or require data analysis.
Can you use my company images and keep the project private?
Yes. Please send images and logos you have permission to use, and tell me about any confidentiality requirements. I will not display your project in my portfolio without your permission.
