Do I need to write my own product descriptions?
No, not on Full Store + Copy. I write your product descriptions, headlines and button text based on what you tell me about each product. On Store Starter and Growth Store you provide the wording and I build around it, or upgrade if you want it written for you
What if I have more products than my package covers?
Each package has a hard product cap. Extra products past that are $3 each, added before I start the build. Send your total product count first and I'll confirm the right package or add-on before you order.
Will you need access to my Squarespace account?
Yes. You'll need an active Squarespace plan and add me as a contributor so I can build directly in it. I never touch billing or payment details, only the site itself.
Can you redesign my existing store instead of building new?
Yes, design or redesign is covered in every package. Send your current site link and I'll tell you which package fits based on how much is actually changing, not just your product count.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Message me your product count and whether this is a new store or an existing one before ordering. I'll confirm the right tier so you're not paying for more than you need, or ordering one that's too small.
Do I need to provide my own logo and product photos?
Yes, logo and brand images are provided by you. If you don't have product photos yet, tell me before ordering and I'll let you know if stock placeholders work for your package.
