What if KDP rejects my file again after your fix?
I’ll recheck the file and correct any formatting problem within your revisions. I can’t fix rejections caused by content policy or metadata, because those are not file errors.
What do I need to send?
Your file (Word, PDF or EPUB), the KDP error message or a screenshot of it, and your trim size if it’s a paperback. The more detail you give, the faster I can pick the right package.
Can you fix both ebook and paperback files?
Yes. Basic and Standard fix one format, either your ebook or your paperback. Premium covers both. Tell me which you have, and I’ll confirm the best package.
Will you correct typos or edit my text?
No. I only fix formatting and layout. KDP’s checker does not catch text errors, so I recommend a proofread if you haven’t had one.
