About this Gig
Your iridology reading will help you on your detox journey to a healthy life.
You will provide me with :
- Some basic information on yourself such as gender, age, health history, dietary habits, concerns.. Nothing is compulsory but any information can help.
- A picture for each iris. The picture needs to be as clear as possible.
Take the time to get a clear shot. The picture should not be blurry, or tilted, have as little reflections as possible. the picture can be taken with a smartphone camera.
Get the help of a friend if necessary. You will need to use lighting on the side so that the details in you irides are visible. The reading can only be as accurate as the picture.
Iridology readings CANNOT diagnose
- diseases,
- blood sugar levels, B 12 levels,
- cancers,
- viruses,
- parasites,
- pregnancy ...
Iridology can tell about :
- your constitution,
- the condition of the cells of your body,
- the condition of the fluids of your body,
- heredity,
- weak areas/organs, congestions in your body,
- sulfur, drug deposits...
Identifying the areas of lymphatic congestions in your body gives clues about your detox capacities and needs, and reveals the main priorities to reach your health goals.
FAQ
Can I take a picture of my irides myself with a smartphone?
Yes. If you are on your own, you can use a miror and see the reflection of the picture taken in the miror. take the picture when you can see the whole iris and the image is clear. It's a bit tricky but with a bit of patience and a few attempts you can achieve a good result.
What device do I need to take the pictures ?
You can use a smartphone, a camera or iriscope.
What kind of Iridology do I offer?
I learnt iridology from my two mentors : - Dr Morse with the International School of the Healing Arts and Science. - Thierry Casasnovas.
What exactly is included in the online debrief supplement option?
we will meet up online (zoom,skype...) and I will explain the reading results, I will offer some advice regarding your lifestyle, dietary habits... and revitalization internal exercices whenever relevent. We will discuss together about options to achieve your health goals.
What is iridology?
Iridology is the study of the iris in connection with the cells of the body.
what are internal exercices?
the exercices I use are Taoist Revitalization exercices as taught by Dr. Stephen T.Chang. They consist of simple exercices that can be practiced to improve one's health. They do not require body strength, they are not fitness exercices that develop muscular strength.
What kind of protocols do I recommend?
Herbs, bentonite clay.. Depending on your needs I will usually recommend herbs that will help the body to detox and or regenerate itself. You should always consult your doctor before taking any supplement.
