Hi! I'm Isabel. As a professional editor & beta-reader of several years, I understand what takes writing over the edge from good to great. As I edit, I focus on the technical details, such as grammar and word repetition, as well as your work's overarching structure. I have a strong attention to detail and love to provide a fresh pair of eyes to catch inconsistencies or repeats that can be easily missed after hours (or days!) of writing creatively. On top of catching these instances and editing as a professional, I pay attention to the structure of your work from a reader's point of view, noting down constructive and honest feedback on how writing or storyline could have more clarity/flow/engagement.
All of my packages include:
- Your original manuscript with Track Changes enabled, detailing and explaining my edits
- Additional comments within the document, explaining certain changes or making suggestions
- An extra page with additional feedback
I offer my detailed editing and beta-reading for works up to 120k words in length. I also happily provide a free 3 page consult to ensure we're a good fit!

Absolutely. My packages include a thorough edit of both grammar/sentence structure and overall clarity, structure, and flow. I also provide an additional feedback page, summarizing any suggestions or edits about your overarching work.
