Do I need to provide a 3D model of my product?
Yes, the Basic and Standard packages require you to provide a production-ready 3D model (.fbx, .obj, or CAD). If you don't have one, it must be specified upfront and will incur an additional modeling fee. Full custom 3D modeling is only included directly within the Premium package.
In what formats and resolutions will the final video be delivered?
Final deliverables are typically provided in 1080p, 2K, or 4K resolution (MP4 / ProRes). If you need custom aspect ratios, higher resolutions, or raw PNG/EXR image sequences, please mention this via message beforehand so I can prepare the pipeline accordingly.
