I will professionally draw site plans/layouts, plot plan, and property map, to show your existing and proposed buildings, driveways, walkways, curbs, fences, etc from your google maps location, hand-drawn sketches, images, site area dimensions, or any communicable material working as your architect, or draftsman in AutoCAD.
Here is the list of my expertise:
- Production of the 2D Site plans, suitable for building permit.
- Production of the 2D Site plans, to include necessary features, landscape, driveways, walkways, site location, and more.
- I create drawings for the following permits: Building permit, Curb permit, Driveway permit, Paving and repaving permit, Sidewalk permit, Fence permit, Water connection permit, etc.
You will receive the drafted site plan to review. You can draw any necessary adjustments onto the plan and send it back to me for a free revision if anything needs to be changed, such as dimensions that need to be updated or things that are missing because of tree cover.
