I will extract data from pdfs, invoices and documents with ai
About this gig
Someone on your team is retyping data from PDFs into a spreadsheet. Invoices, receipts, forms, statements, reports. Hours every week, and mistakes get through.
I build something that does it automatically.
HOW ACCURATE IS IT REALLY
That's the right question, and most people selling this avoid it. So the Basic package answers it first: send me 20 of your actual documents, I build a working extractor, and I show you exactly what it got right and what it missed. Real numbers on your real documents, before you spend anything more.
WHAT I HANDLE
Messy scans. Photos taken on a phone. Documents where every supplier uses a different layout. Tables that break across pages. Handwriting, within limits I'll be honest with you about.
Output goes wherever you need it. Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable, or straight into your own database.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Most extraction tools work on clean documents and quietly fail on the rest. I build in checks that flag low-confidence results for a human instead of silently writing wrong data into your records.

FAQ
What about handwriting?
Partly. Printed forms with handwritten fields usually work. Free-flowing handwritten text is unreliable and I'll tell you if that's what you have rather than take the order.
My documents are confidential. Is that a problem?
No, and I'll sign an NDA before you send anything. I also build systems that run entirely on your own servers with no data going to any third-party service, if that's a requirement.
Where does the extracted data end up?
Wherever you want. Excel or CSV by default. Google Sheets, Airtable, or directly into your own database as an add-on.
Can it handle scanned documents and phone photos?
Yes. Skewed, shadowed and low-resolution scans are all workable. Quality affects accuracy, which is exactly what the Basic package measures before you commit.
My documents all look different. Is that a problem?
No, that's the normal case. Every supplier formats invoices differently. I build for variation rather than a single fixed template, which is why this works where simple template tools fail.
How accurate will it be on my documents?
I won't guess. Send me 3 samples and I'll tell you honestly what's realistic before you order. Typical printed documents run high; poor scans and handwriting run lower, and I'll say so upfront rather than after you've paid.
