Do I need a Mac Mini specifically?
No. OpenClaw runs on any Mac (Mini, MacBook, iMac), Linux machines, and Windows via WSL2. A Mac Mini is popular because it’s inexpensive, always-on hardware — but it’s not required. During our call, I’ll help you with whatever machine you have.
What does this cost me beyond your Fiverr fee?
OpenClaw itself is free and open-source. The ongoing cost is API tokens from your model provider. For most people, that’s around $10–30/month with Anthropic Claude for light usage. If you have a Claude Pro or Max subscription, you can use that instead and avoid per-token charges entirely.
Is this safe? I’m giving an AI access to my computer.
Valid concern. OpenClaw runs locally on your hardware — your data stays on your machine, not in the cloud. During setup, I’ll walk through the security settings and help you configure appropriate permissions. We’ll set allowlists for which contacts can interact with your bot.
What if something goes wrong after the session?
Every package includes post-setup support via Fiverr chat (3–14 days depending on your package). I’ll also provide the session recording so you can revisit any step. Most issues are minor config adjustments that I can guide you through over chat.
Can you set up Ollama / local LLMs instead of cloud APIs?
Yes. If your machine has enough RAM (16GB minimum, 32GB+ recommended), I can set up Ollama with models like Qwen, LLaMA, or Mistral running entirely on your hardware. No API costs, complete privacy. This is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
