Send me compiled version of your app. It may be developed in any programming language. As long as it's executable.
Make sure you've developer account with Microsoft
Make sure you've started new app submission form, and the app title matches on that form with the title on your app
I'll ask for app identity details, which you can find easily in your Microsoft Developer account

I'll provide to you:

I'll prepare MSIX package of your app, which you could submit on the submission form you've just started. It'll go into certification. Microsoft Store staff will review your app; they may accept or reject your app submission. In case of rejection, they may suggest fixes etc, and allow you to submit again for review.
