I find the cause before I change anything. Most broken sites are made worse by guesswork, so I read the error logs, isolate the fault, and fix the real problem rather than patching the symptom. I take a backup first, so your site can always be restored.
You get a short explanation of what was wrong and whether it can happen again.

What access do you need?
WordPress admin access, plus hosting or FTP access if the site will not load at all. You can change the passwords once the order is complete.
Will you take a backup before changing anything?
Yes, always. I back up the site before making changes so it can be restored if anything goes wrong.
What if you cannot fix it?
I will tell you before you order if it looks outside what I can do. If I take the order and cannot solve it, I will say so rather than waste your time and money.
Do you fix WooCommerce checkout and payment failures?
Yes, this is one of the most common jobs I take. Tell me which step is failing and what error the customer sees, and I will tell you what is likely causing it.
