What access do you need?
A sandbox or demo company, or a limited user account, plus examples of failing records. Please never share your main password; we can set up access safely together.
What if the issue can't be fixed?
The Diagnose package always gives you the root cause and a written fix plan. If a fix turns out to be outside the agreed scope, I'll tell you before doing more work.
Do you do bookkeeping or tax work?
No. I fix the technical side of integrations: APIs, webhooks, automations and data sync. Accounting decisions stay with you or your accountant.
Which tools do you work with?
Xero, QuickBooks Online, n8n, Zapier, Make, Postman, JavaScript/Node.js, PHP, MySQL and MS SQL.
Do you support QuickBooks Desktop?
