Access method depends on the requirement. Any Synology NAS support or configuration is done only with client approval and supervision, either via local access or screen sharing such as Zoom or AnyDesk. No independent access without client consent.

The configuration or support will be performed under your supervision over Zoom or AnyDesk, where you have full control over what I do remotely. There are several levels of permission you can set to allow specific tasks to be performed on my side.
