Do I keep full ownership of what you build?
Yes. Once the order is complete, the setup is yours to use, edit and change. Tell me before ordering if you want a template you can sell, because that may need a custom offer.
Can you build a Notion template I can sell?
Yes. Share your idea and who it is for, and I will tell you if it is a good fit. Templates for resale are quoted separately, so message me before you order.
I only have a rough idea. Do I need a full plan first?
No. Tell me what you want to track and what frustrates you now. I will turn that into a simple structure and share it with you before I build, so you can say yes or ask for changes.
Can my team or clients use it too?
Yes. You can share pages with teammates or clients and choose who can view or edit. Tell me how many people will use it so I can set up the pages in a way that suits them.
Will it work on my phone and my laptop?
Yes. Notion syncs across devices, so your setup works on both. I design dashboards to stay clear on a small screen, but some wide tables look better on a laptop.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The free plan works for most builds. Large teams or some features may need a paid plan, which you pay Notion directly. I will tell you before I start.
Can you move my old data in?
Small amounts, yes, such as a spreadsheet or CSV. Large or messy migrations are quoted separately, so message me first.
Can you build it inside my workspace?
Yes, if you invite me. Or I can build it in my own account and send you a link to duplicate. Tell me which you prefer when you message me.
Can I edit it myself later?
Yes. I use standard Notion features with no code, and I include a short guide so you can change it yourself.
