BASIC: 1 PDF; up to 5 pages and 100 data rows; CSV plus exception report.
STANDARD: 1 PDF; up to 15 pages and 1000 rows; XLSX plus CSV, page provenance and reconciliation.
PREMIUM: up to 3 PDFs sharing one layout; 30 total pages and 2500 rows maximum; XLSX plus CSV, provenance, supplied-total reconciliation and handover notes.
Both page and row limits apply: whichever is reached first. Send a representative redacted page and agreed output columns before ordering. I do not guess unreadable or missing values. No scans, handwriting, complex merged layouts, password removal, accounting advice or live system uploads. The report lists checks and unresolved exceptions. Revisions correct the original PDF and agreed schema; extra files, layouts or columns need new scope. Synthetic demo: 3 pages, 60 rows reconciled, one unknown cost flagged. Do you process scans or handwriting?
Not in these packages. Send a sample first if you are unsure whether the PDF has selectable text.
Is 100 percent accuracy guaranteed?
No blanket guarantee is made. I provide documented checks and flag uncertain cells rather than guessing. Errors against the agreed source and schema are corrected within scope.
Do you calculate missing financial values?
No. The service extracts supplied values and checks agreed totals; it does not provide accounting, tax or financial interpretation.
What if the page limit fits but there are more rows?
Both limits apply. Please share page and row counts before ordering so the correct scope can be agreed. Each item in the package means one data row.
What counts as a revision?
Corrections against the original PDF and agreed output schema. Additional documents, layouts or requested columns are new scope.
Can you upload the result to my business system?
No. These packages deliver files and a verification report only.
