What files do I need to provide to get a part duplicated?
Ideally, you can mail me the physical broken part to measure by hand. If that is not possible, clear photos from the front, side, and top views taken directly next to a flat ruler or digital calipers will work perfectly.
What 3D printing hardware do you use for manufacturing?
All physical orders are manufactured using a high tolerance Prusa MK4 3D printer. This machine delivers exceptionally precise, end use industrial component accuracy compared to standard hobbyist printers.
How do we calculate the structural material and UK shipping costs?
For the Premium tier, the baseline price covers the CAD design and machine time. Filament usage and Royal Mail shipping costs will be calculated transparently based on your part's weight and volume, then added seamlessly via a custom invoice in our chat.
