Q1: What do you need from me to get started?
A: I’ll need access to your Google Form(s) and the connected Sheet, plus a short description of how you want the data organized or automated.
Q2: Can you handle multiple templates at once?
A: Yes! That’s covered in the Standard and Premium packages. I can set up multiple templates (e.g., invoices + receipts + letters) in the same workflow.
Q3: Will the system generate PDFs automatically, or do I have to run it manually?
A: Both are possible. By default, you’ll be able to trigger it manually. In the Premium package, I can fully automate it (e.g., PDFs created and emailed whenever a form response is submitted).
Q4: Can you also email the generated PDFs directly to recipients?
A: Yes, automated email delivery is available in the Standard and Premium packages (via Google Apps Script).
Q5: Is there a limit to the number of PDFs you can generate?
A: Google has daily email and script execution limits. For small to medium workflows (up to a few thousand documents per day), it works perfectly. If you need larger scale, I’ll guide you on the best setup.
