About this Gig
Welcome to my PCB Design Gig!
Are you building an IoT product, an embedded system, or a custom hardware prototype? I am a professional Electrical Engineer specializing in robust, manufacturing-ready PCB designs. Whether you are scaling an ESP32 smart device, developing an Arduino-based prototype, or designing complex power management and sensor integration systems, I can turn your concept into a physical board.
Using KiCad, I ensure your hardware is optimized for signal integrity, power efficiency, and seamless manufacturing (JLCPCB, PCBWay, etc.).
What I bring to your project:
- IoT & Wireless Expertise: Deep experience routing ESP32/ESP8266 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas properly.
- Microcontroller Integration: Custom Arduino, STM32, and bare-metal environments.
- Power & Analog: Clean power delivery, custom inverters, battery management, and sensor conditioning.
- Manufacturability: Design Rule Checking (DRC) and 3D modeling so your board fits its enclosure the first time.
My Deliverables:
- Complete Schematic Diagram (PDF/Source)
- PCB Layout (Up to 4+ layers)
- Gerber & Drill Files (Ready for fabrication)
- Bill of Materials (BOM) & CPL/Pick-and-Place files for PCBA
- 3D STEP File of the complete
FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide a clear description of your requirements, a hand-drawn schematic or block diagram, and a list of main components. If you have strict size constraints or a specific enclosure, please share the exact dimensions so I can plan the layout.
Will the files be ready for direct manufacturing?
Yes! I provide standard Gerber and NC Drill files ready for fabrication at JLCPCB or PCBWay. For PCBA, I also generate the exact BOM and Pick-and-Place (CPL) files required for full factory assembly so you can manufacture immediately.
Do you provide the source files so I can edit them later?
Yes, I provide the complete native KiCad source project files with the Standard and Premium packages. This ensures you fully own your custom design and allows you to make future modifications or update components as your product evolves.
