Which Odoo versions do you work with?
Community and Enterprise. Tell me your exact version number before ordering and I will confirm compatibility in writing.
Can you fix errors on Odoo Online (SaaS)?
Partly. Odoo Online blocks custom server side code. I can fix configuration, Studio, access rights, and view level issues there. If your problem needs a custom module, you need Odoo.sh or a self hosted server, and I will tell you before you order.
What counts as one bug?
One reproducible issue with one root cause. If two separate errors share the same cause, that is one bug. If they are unrelated, they are two. I confirm the count with you before the order starts.
Do you need access to my live server?
Preferably not. I work on a copy or a staging database. If live access is unavoidable I will tell you exactly what access is needed and why.
What happens if the fix breaks something else?
If a change I delivered causes a regression within 14 days, I correct it at no extra cost.
Can you fix a module you did not write?
Yes. Most of my work is on third party and inherited custom modules. Send the module folder or the repository and I will review it before quoting.
Why not just use an AI tool for this?
AI can generate Odoo code. It cannot see your database, your installed modules, your customizations, or your version conflicts, and it does not carry the consequence when a change corrupts live records. I test against your actual system and I stay responsible for the result.
Can you help after an upgrade broke my customizations?
Yes. Post upgrade module conflicts are one of the most common issues I handle. Send the error log and your previous and current version numbers.
