How I do it

• Log in over SSH or Odoo.sh shell
• Take a backup before touching anything
• Read odoo.log, the systemd journal, Nginx and PostgreSQL logs
• Trace the traceback to the exact module and line
• Fix it, restart, and test with you
• Send a short report in plain English
