Is a paid subscription to Make.com or Zapier required?
My systems are efficient, but a paid plan is needed if you exceed 1,000 operations/mo, need 3+ active scenarios, or prefer Zapier's third-party pricing. For most small businesses, the Make.com Free Tier is perfectly sufficient!
Can I use my own CRM?
Yes! I can adapt the system to work with HubSpot, Airtable, or any tool with an API.
What is "Human-in-the-loop"?
It means the AI/Automation waits for your one-click approval before sending anything to a client.
Will you have permanent access to my data or email?
Absolutely not. Once the automation is built and tested, I guide you through the process of connecting your own secure API keys or accounts. After the project is delivered, you can revoke my access immediately. I never store your lead data on my own servers
Is my lead data secure during the automation process?
Yes. The system uses secure Webhooks and 256-bit encrypted connections via Make.com to move data directly from your form to your spreadsheet. No third party (including myself) sees the data once the system is live
Do you need my login passwords?
I never ask for your passwords. We use "OAuth" (the "Sign in with Google" style) or API keys. This is the industry-standard way to allow tools to talk to each other without sharing private login credentials.
What if the automation breaks after you deliver it?
provide a 14-day support window after delivery. If a logic step fails or a connection drops, I will jump in and fix it for free. I also provide a video walkthrough so you know how to do basic troubleshooting yourself.
