Do you simply export the automatic Revit schedules?
No. Automatic exports often contain errors or duplicates. I manually audit the Revit model, filter the categories, and check the parameters to ensure the quantities in Excel are clean and accurate for bidding.
What files do I need to provide?
I need the Revit source file (.rvt) to extract the data. If you have PDF drawings or CAD files, please send them as well so I can cross-check the project details.
What if my Revit model is not detailed (Low LOD)?
Accurate takeoff depends on the model quality. If details (like wall layers) are missing, I will calculate based on standard assumptions or contact you for clarification. Please send your file for a free review before ordering
Does this Gig include labor and material costs (Pricing)?
The Basic and Standard packages are for Quantity Takeoff only (Lists of materials). If you need a full Cost Estimate with current market pricing, please choose the Premium Package or message me for a custom offer
Do you work with Imperial or Metric units?
I can work with both. Since Revit handles units natively, I can provide the final Excel report in either Imperial (Square Feet / Linear Feet) or Metric (Meters / Square Meters) as per your request.
