- If you have a domain that is not purchased from AWS Hosting, I can help you migrate the domain to AWS Route 53.
- If you don't have a domain, and you wish to purchase from using AWS Route 53, I can help you doing that.
- Once your domain is hosted you can ask to issue SSL certificate from AWS certificate Manager. I can help you generate SSL certificates from ACM.

Yes you can.
How will you ( You are asking me) help me doing this task?
You can either give me access to your AWS Account with Admin privileges to proceed. You can use any screen sharing tool (like Anydesk, TeamViewer). I shall do the task and you will monitor in front of your workstation. Any of the two works with me.
Do I need to purchase SSL certificate from AWS every year?
No, Public SSL/TLS certificates provisioned through AWS Certificate Manager are free. You don't have to pay to issue one and renew.
