Must need Linux Dedicated Server (DS) or Virtual Private Server (VPS) with a minimum of 2GB RAM and 40GB HDD. More RAM and HDD will benefit in terms of performance.
Which Operating System Required for Server/VPS?
Must need 64bit CentOS 7 OR Debian 9 or Ubuntu 18.04. Because these versions are stable.
Do we need Additional IPs ?
Additional IP addresses depend on your requirement because it will cost you high. The Additional IPs will help you to keep away from being blacklisted easily. More IPs will save you more and create a good reputation to deliver your emails.
