First of all, please write a message to me trough fiverr before placing an order, so I can tell if i'm even able to make it and we can discuss how much it will cost you. I'm pricing everyone independently, based on scene complexity and overall difficulty to make it, but usually i take around 8-15 usd if the scene/object is not too complex. Also if it's a homework/assigment and you can prove it, then i will probably give you lower price than usual :) and i'll be really glad to help you with more upcoming projects.
I started learning blender 2 years ago and I can model nearly any item or scene for you, I can make them in stylized or low poly but I'm able to make more realistic renders too.
I'm able to animate stuff as long as they are not too complex.
All i need is you to explain exactly what you want and give me some concepts if you have them, its ok if not
