This is a monthly WordPress maintenance retainer. Each package includes a fixed monthly hour bank.
Are emergency or same-day fixes included?
Standard and Premium include same-day emergency handling when monthly hours are available. Basic includes priority response but not guaranteed same-day completion.
Do you cover WooCommerce and custom plugins?
Yes. WooCommerce fixes, checkout issues, payment or shipping bugs, plugin conflicts, and custom plugin PHP work are covered within your monthly hours.
Do I need to provide hosting or domain access?
Only if the task needs it. Server, PHP version, malware, backup, staging, DNS, or Cloudflare work usually requires hosting or related access. Required buyer requirement: Conditional
What happens to unused monthly hours?
Unused hours do not roll over by default because the team reserves monthly capacity for your site. You can request a custom plan if rollover is important.
Can I pause or cancel the monthly support?
Yes. You can cancel or pause before the next monthly cycle starts. Work already completed in the current month is counted.
Can you handle malware removal and security patching?
Yes. Malware cleanup, suspicious file checks, plugin hardening, WordPress core updates, PHP compatibility checks, and security patching are included within available hours.
