About this gig
Need to clean a Shopify CSV or move product and inventory data into your store? I will organize your source files, map agreed fields and prepare a clear handoff.
BASIC - CSV Cleanup
Clean 1 Shopify product or inventory CSV with up to 100 data rows. File delivery; no store import.
STANDARD - Inventory Import
Map and import up to 500 SKUs at 1 location from provided files, then validate the imported inventory.
PREMIUM - Inventory Migration
Migrate up to 1000 SKUs across 3 locations from provided files, with validation and a handoff summary.
I can map SKUs, variants and locations, resolve source-file formatting issues and prepare imports. Data recovery depends on records you supply; inaccessible or missing records cannot be guaranteed.
Before ordering, send your source platform, file sample, row/SKU count, locations and target setup. We will agree which fields are included and whether your files fit the package. Use appropriate Shopify collaborator access if an import is needed.

FAQ
Can you work with existing Stocky exports or supplier files?
Yes. Send a sample of the exports, supplier spreadsheets or backups you already have. I will check the fields and agree the import scope. Work is limited to records you can supply; inaccessible or missing historical data cannot be recovered by this service.
Q: Can you migrate inventory from spreadsheets or other platforms like WooCommerce?
A: Yes! I handle inventory, catalog, and SKU migrations from any platform or supplier spreadsheet, formatting the data into clean, import-ready Shopify CSV files.
Q: Will my store experience downtime during the migration?
CSV cleaning and mapping happen offline. For a store import, we agree the timing, backup/export and validation steps first. Product availability can change while inventory is updated, so uninterrupted selling or zero downtime is not guaranteed.
