Design Brief (Required please complete all fields)

1. Design size (width × height)
2. Required file format(s) (.JPG, .PDF, .PNG, etc.)
3. If ordering the source file, specify whether you need .PSD or .AI (each costs an additional $25)
4. All text to be included (no screenshots, please)
5. Basic project details and concept
6. A few visual references of your preferred style
7. Any photos that need to be included
8. For extra-large files (over 5 ft / 60 in / 1.5 m in width or height), an additional $45 fee applies

Please Note

• No expedited delivery unless the option is available for purchase
• No unlimited revisions (free or paid)
• Each project includes a standard 3-day window for revisions/approval. If you may need more time, please inform me in advance so I can check availability
• The first 3 illustrated characters are included; each additional character costs $20
• Drafts are not provided. Revisions can be requested after delivery
• A revision does not include creating a completely new concept free of charge
