We can scope quotes, invoices, letters or reports using your agreed templates and business rules. Each output format and template is confirmed before ordering.
Can it work with Excel or CSV files?
Yes, for agreed layouts. I confirm required fields, volume, validation rules and handling of incomplete records before implementation.
Can documents be sent automatically?
This can be scoped separately with an approved provider or API. We define permissions, recipients, approval rules, failures and any third-party fees.
What happens when a record is incomplete?
We agree validation and exception behaviour first. The tool can flag missing data for review instead of generating an incorrect document.
Is this an accounting or tax compliance service?
This is software development. You supply or approve the required document fields and calculations; accounting advice, statutory filing and compliance certification are not included.
Can I change templates later?
Editable template management can be included. We agree which text, branding, fields and layouts you can change, and which changes require development.
